Express How you Feel

In life no matter how good or how bad you’re living you will always have mood swings. Your head often has many thoughts going through your brain at what time and at times it gets really hard to express how you feel. Even right now for me even though I am really happy, I still feel very confused and right now I feel like there isn’t a lot of structure, and when I don’t express it I feel worse. My head also starts to think that I’m the problem or something is wrong with me, which is also not okay. It’s always good to talk about how you feel, especially a parent. Also, try new things to clear your head like yoga, working out, going for walks, and meditation. These are all ways that are gonna help you feel better as a person and will cleanse your mind.
